Today int he lodge, we discussed having a "ride or die" person who you trust implicitly to help you govern your organization. My person was named Todd, thus the title. Todd was a teacher in my school and became a dear friend that I grew to trust. He joined my posse of hooligans as we rooted for the same teams, lived the same issues that we faced, and helped our team to grow into a national-level school. This level of accomplishment was only possible through a trusted friend, Todd, giving me trusted feedback and guidance in the moment.
